The past several months have been an incredible journey of conversation, connection, and shared curiosity. I’ve had the privilege of joining and co-hosting several podcasts — including Hairy & Heavy, The Happy Life Agenda with Dani Cee, Connected with Johnny Levy on The Super Power Quest, and Business with a Servant’s Heart with Steve Ramona — each offering a unique platform to explore the question that drives my work:
How can we help humanity thrive through connection?
In every dialogue, whether it’s about leadership, life, or laughter, I keep returning to one truth — social capital isn’t just a concept; it’s the currency of human potential.
Through my current research, I’m utilizing the RDFS and my own CBI-12 instrument to better understand how relationships form, strengthen, and sustain our ability to grow. The goal is both simple and ambitious: to develop a formula for connection — one that helps us measure, build, and nurture the social ecosystems that make individuals, organizations, and communities flourish.
These conversations have reminded me how universal this work truly is. Whether we’re talking about business, education, or daily life, people everywhere are searching for the same thing: belonging, purpose, and meaningful connection.
I’m deeply grateful to the hosts and audiences who have invited me to share my perspective, challenge my thinking, and continue this mission to make connection not just an idea — but a practice that transforms lives.
If you’d like to listen to some of these conversations, check out the Hairy & Heavy Podcast and stay tuned for more reflections, research updates, and stories from the field as this work continues to evolve.
